Royston Bridge Membrane - 10A is a prefabricated reinforced laminate consisting of an impregnated woven fiberglass, high strength inner core sandwiched between two layers of a polymer modified bitumen. A unique 3-inch leading edge guarantees a positive compound-to-compound seal at the overlap. Transverse seals are easily made using Flex-Flo Adhesive Sealant (FFAS), Royston 104 CM Mastic or via heat sealing.

Royston Architectural Membrane (104 AHT) is a prefabricated reinforced laminate constructed of a woven fiberglass core, sandwiched between layers of polymer modified rubberized asphalt with a 1/4 mil mylar surface fi lm. The embossed release fi ll used is specifically designed to facilitate removal in ambient temperatures within the application range without tearing or splitting. 104 AHT is primarily used as an architectural waterproofing membrane in commercial and residential below grade applications. A unique 3-inch leading edge guarantees a positive compound-to-compound seal at the overlap during installation. Royston Pavement-Glas (RPG) is a prefabricated reinforced laminate constructed of a knitted fiberglass core, sandwiched between layers of polymer modified rubberized asphalt. The knitted fiberglass core imparts high tensile strengths that when placed over random cracks, longitudinal joints and transverse joints, in strip or roll form, inhibits reflective cracking. The embossed release fi lm used with this membrane was specially designed to facilitate removal without tears or splits.

Royston Reflective Cracking Membrane 108ARN
Royston Reflective Cracking Membrane 108ARN is a prefabricated reinforced laminate constructed of a non-woven fiberglass core, sandwiched between layers of polymer modified rubberized asphalt. A woven polypropylene surface mat is bonded to the top layer of rubberized asphalt to function as a protective barrier during back fill operations in vertical applications. When used in strips as part of a horizontal waterproofing system the polypropylene barrier acts as an inhibitor to reflective cracking. The embossed release fi lm used with this membrane was specially designed to facilitate removal without tears or splits. A unique 3-inch leading edge guarantees a positive compound-to-compound seal at the overlap during installation. Royston Royal-Gard Plus Membrane (104 ARHT) is a prefabricated reinforced laminate constructed of a woven fiberglass, high strength core, sandwiched between layers of polymer modified rubberized asphalt. 104-CM Caulkable Mastic
104-CM Caulkable Mastic is a heavy bodied, black, rubberized asphalt, single component adhesive to be used with Royston waterproofing membranes. When applied to the Royston waterproofing membranes, the 104-CM fills irregularities in the surface allowing for a strong flexible bond between substrates. The cold applied adhesive, possesses low flow characteristics which allows the bead of material to be drawn across seams and edges without sagging. This creates an impenetrable barrier that prevents the intrusion of moisture at seams in the membrane, protrusions and edges / termination points. The compound's formulation will not dry out, crack or generally deteriorate.

Roybond 713A
Roybond 713A is a solvent based, fast drying, rubber resin adhesive for use on properly prepared surfaces prior to the placement of Royston preformed sheet membranes. Roybond 713A adheres firmly to properly prepared concrete, wood, aged asphalt, metal or other common construction materials. It enables an effective continuous bond for the subsequently applied Royston preformed rubber/asphalt sheet membrane. Roybond 713A is applied when ambient and substrate temperatures are 45°F and rising.
