Rosphalt 50
Rosphalt is a designed dry mix, cost competitive asphalt additive used with a variety of mix designs. It has a proven track record of superior performance over other HMA, PMA and concretes. Rosphalt 50, when added to asphalt, creates a waterproof wearing course that resists rutting and shoving. Major advantages with Rosphalt over polymer modified asphalts applied over sheet or spray applied membranes and white toppings include:

Rosphalt FR
Rosphalt FR is a dry mix asphalt additive that utilizes the same product formulation found in Rosphalt 50, but at a lower concentration. When installed, Rosphalt FR provides a high performance pavement that is resistant to jet fuel, reflective cracking, rutting and shoving. Typical applications include race tracks and airport taxi and runways.

120-29 Edge Sealer
120-29 Edge Sealer is a heavy bodied, black rubberized asphalt coating formulated to provide a watertight protective barrier between irregular masonry surfaces and waterproofing materials in minor areas where sealing difficulties may be expected. Edge Sealer was designed to specifically seal cold paving joints and along interface with the curb during Rosphalt installations. Typical applications also include the use of Edge Sealer as a high performance pavement repair product with standard or polymer modified asphalts. Edge Sealer can be both brush and spray applied.

Flex-Flo Adhesive Sealant (FFAS)
Flex-Flo Adhesive Sealant (FFAS) is a trowelable, black, zero V.O.C., two component, primerless adhesive sealant which cures over a broad temperature range to a tough adherent rubber. FFAS is used to adhere and seal our Royston line of waterproofing membranes to concrete, asphalt, steel or wood substrates along perimeter locations, curbs, and protrusions. Additional applications include use as a high build flexible bonding agent for a wide range of common construction materials. FFAS is used in both vertical and horizontal Royston membrane applications on any structure.

As a rubberized elastomeric urethane, FFAS will accommodate a wide variety of expansion, contraction, and shear stresses caused by vibration and thermal movement.
