Ceva® 100 System
The CEVA 100 System combines one of CCP's closed cell foam products, including Phyzite 380, Metazeal or Metazeal AJ, with the applicable Eva-Pox Bonding Agent to create a 100% watertight joint seal between concrete substrate headers. This system can be installed anywhere a watertight seal is required: within vertical or horizontal expansion joints in buildings, plazas, parking decks/ramps, bridges, highways, tunnels, water treatment plants, stadiums, etc. The CEVA 100 System also functions as a water-stop in applications were hydrostatic pressure is present (i.e. pools, fountains, dams, etc.).

Ceva® 150 System
The CEVA 150 System utilizes one of CCP's closed cell foam products including Phyzite 380, Metazeal or Metazeal AJ with the applicable Eva-Pox Bonding Agent and a custom designed cover plate with anchoring system to create a 100% watertight joint seal between concrete substrate headers. This system is designed for horizontal applications where the joint system is subjected to heavy pedestrian traffic or in joint openings that exceed 4"-6" (100mm - 150mm). Typical applications include plazas, retail facilities, commercial buildings and parking garages.

Ceva® 200 System
The CEVA 200 System combines one of CCP's closed cell foam products, including Phyzite 380, Metazeal or Metazeal AJ, with the applicable Eva-Pox Bonding Agent and steel angles to create a 100% watertight joint seal. This joint seal is bonded between cast-in-place, steel edged joint nosings of various sizes. The CEVA 200 system is ideal for new and rehabilitation construction in bridges, parking garages, piers and industrial facilities.

Ceva® 250 System
The CEVA 250 System utilizes one of CCP's closed cell foam products, including Phyzite 380, Metazeal or Metazeal AJ, with the applicable Eva-Pox Bonding Agent and our E-Crete #57 or Pro-Crete NH elastomeric concrete. The CEVA 250 System is our most popular and versatile system. The ability to install the system with little to no modifications to the exisiting structure makes it ideal for new or rehabilitation projects on bridges, parking decks/garages, stadiums, etc. Our elastomeric concrete performs as an energy absorbing header (nosing), replacing traditional steel nosing at a fraction of the cost and the added benefit of easy repairs.

Ceva® 300 System
The CEVA 250 System utilizes one of CCP's closed cell foam products, including Phyzite 380, Metazeal or Metazeal AJ, with the applicable Eva-Pox® Bonding Agent (either our E-Crete #57 or Pro-Crete NH elastomeric concrete) and steel nosing to create the most robust of our joint systems. Our elastomeric concretes perform as an energy-absorbing header (nosing). They are available in gray or black and are designed to eliminate edge spalls while offering excellent adhesion to concrete, steel and asphalt substrates. The CEVA 300 System is a "belts and suspenders" system intended for abusive conditions found on many major highways, bridges, and tunnels.

Ceva® Strip Seal Repair System
The CEVA® STRIP SEAL REPAIR SYSTEM includes a pre-formed closed cell foam and an Eva-Pox® epoxy bonding agent. The joint seal is then epoxied between Eva-Pox Epoxy Paste #22 filled strip seal cavities creating a resilient, highly dynamic waterproof joint system capable of handling impact and wear. The system is designed to avoid the difficulties in matching strip seal glands to existing extrusions and the cost in total system replacement.
