Eva-Pox® Bonder #1
EVA-POX BONDER No. 1/Serva-Bond #1 is a 100% solids two component, moisture insensitive modified epoxy adhesive designed for bonding cured concrete to steel, cured concrete, wood and many other construction materials. EVA-POX BONDER No. 1 is the primary bonding agent for our Ceva® Expansion Joint Systems. This product is suitable for applications at temperatures down to 38°F (3°C). Eva-Pox® Fresh Concrete Bonder #2 EVA-POX FRESH CONCRETE BONDER No. 2 is a 100% solids, moisture insensitive, two component modified epoxy adhesive. It was specially formulated to provide excellent adhesion of fresh concrete to steel, cured concrete, wood or difficult to dry, moist concrete surfaces. EVA-POX FRESH CONCRETE BONDER No. 2 is also used as a bonding agent for Phyzite, Phyzite 380, Metazeal, Metazeal AJ, Plastazote, and Evaseal when in contact with wet or fresh concrete. Minimum application temperature is 40°F (4°C). Meets ASTM C-881, Type II & V, Grade 2, Class B & C and A.C.I., 503.1-79 specifications. Eva-Pox® Cold Cure Bonder #41 EVA-POX COLD CURE BONDER No. 41 is a 100% solids, two component modified epoxy adhesive designed for bonding cured concrete to steel, cured concrete, wood and other construction materials. The product is applicable at ambient temperatures as low as 20°F (-7°C) on frost-free surfaces. EVA-POX COLD CURE BONDER No. 41 is typically used with our line of pre-formed closed cell expansion joint seals in applications with ambient and/or surface temperatures below 40°F. Eva-Pox® Under Water Bonder #47 EVA-POX UNDERWATER BONDER NO. 47 is a 100% solid, moisture insensitive, two component modified epoxy bonder. It was developed specifically for bonding cured concrete to steel, cured concrete and wood, as well as many other construction materials in wet or underwater conditions. The bonder also offers excellent corrosion protection, resistance to abrasion and withstands the destructiveness of freeze-thaw cycles. The system is applicable to wet or dry surfaces at 40°F (4°C) or higher. Meets ASTM C-881, Type I, Grade 2, Class B and C. EVA-POX UNDERWATER BONDER NO. 47 is typically used with our line of pre-formed closed cell expansion joint seals in applications were the seals are being installed while in a submerged environments, including salt water installations.
