Chase Construction Products, a division of Chase Corporation, is a leading manufacturer of waterproofing, corrosion protection, secondary containment, wearing and adhesive products for civil structures and industrial applications. Chase has more than 60 years of experience servicing the demands of the construction market with innovative products marketed under the Royston Lab, E-Poxy Engineered Materials and Capital Services brand names.

At Chase Construction Products, we recognize our responsibility to consistently produce products that meet or exceed industry standards. Our commitment to product quality is maintained with our rigorous QA program at our ISO 9001:2000 certified facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Market-leading Chase Construction Products also maintains a dedicated research facility in Taunton, Massachusetts. This unit's primary focus is product innovation and development with an emphasis on the reduction/elimination of VOCs and the utilization of environmental friendly materials. Chase Construction Products complies with all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, not just because it is a sound business practice, but because we understand our responsibilities as a global citizen.

History of Chase Construction Products
1940
Royston Labs a manufacturer of mastics for the oil & gas industries incorporated by William A Royston Jr.
1949
Jack Royston assumes control of Royston Labs.
1968
Royston introduces a line of water proofing sheet membranes for the construction industry.
1969
Royston introduces Rosphalt, a dry mix asphalt additive that creates a waterproofing surface and reduces rutting and shoving.
1971
Chase Corporation acquires Royston Labs from Jack Royston
1972
Jack Royston retires from Royston Labs but remains on as a consultant for an additional decade.
1974
E-Poxy Industries, a manufacturer of expansion joint seals, adhesives, coatings, injection resins and accessories is founded by Donald Dzekciorius. E-Poxy Industries introduces the first pre-formed closed cell expansion joint seal for the construction market.
1977
E-Poxy Industries introduces Metazeal AJ, a pre-formed closed cell expansion joint material that utilizes carbon black for U.V. stability.
1985
E-Poxy Industries introduces Phyzite 380, the first pre-formed closed cell foam utilizing Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer (H.A.L.S.) for improved U.V. performance.
1984
Market leading Ceva Crete elastomeric concrete introduced by E-Poxy Industries.
1986
Ceva Joint Systems launched by E-Poxy Industries.
1991
Capital Services, a manufacturer of expansion joint systems, is incorporated by Jim Corridan.
1997
Capital Services launches Metazeal, a closed cell pre-formed expansion joint seal with a higher temperature operating range.
2000
E-Poxy Engineered Materials purchases E-Poxy Industries.
2002
E-Poxy Engineered Materials creates E-Crete #57 urethane elastomeric concrete to replace Ceva Crete.
2002
Capital Services launches Phyzite, a closed cell pre-formed expansion joint seal with increased tensile and elongation properties.
2005
Chase acquires E-Poxy Engineered Materials from Joel Dzekciorius.
2006
Chase acquires Capital Services of New York.
2006
Chase Corporation combines the Royston, E-poxy Engineered Materials and Capital Services brands and forms Chase Construction Products.
